Cancellation Policy:

  1. Flexible Cancellation:Full refund if canceled 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled activity.

  2. Non-Refundable:Activities canceled within 24 hours of the activity time may not be eligible for refunds.

  3. Rescheduling Option:One-time free rescheduling up to 24 hours before the activity (subject to availability).

  4. Force Majeure:In case of unforeseen events (e.g., bad weather, safety concerns), the provider will offer a reschedule or refund.

  5. Group and Custom Bookings:Group bookings and exclusive packages (e.g., private limousine, yacht rental) may require cancellation at least 72 hours in advance for a refund.

  6. No-Show Policy:No refunds for participants who fail to show up without prior cancellation or rescheduling.

Child Policy:

  • Children under 3 years: Free entry.

  • Discounted tickets for children aged 3–12 years.

  • All children must be accompanied by an adult.
