Inclusion:
30-60 minute quad biking session.
Safety gear (helmet and gloves).
Professional guide and safety briefing.
Exclusion:
Personal safety gear (if not included).
Food, beverages, and snacks.
Insurance beyond basic coverage.
Cancellation Policy:
Flexible Cancellation:Full refund if canceled 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
Non-Refundable:Activities canceled within 24 hours of the activity time may not be eligible for refunds.
Rescheduling Option:One-time free rescheduling up to 24 hours before the activity (subject to availability).
Force Majeure:In case of unforeseen events (e.g., bad weather, safety concerns), the provider will offer a reschedule or refund.
Group and Custom Bookings:Group bookings and exclusive packages (e.g., private limousine, yacht rental) may require cancellation at least 72 hours in advance for a refund.
No-Show Policy:No refunds for participants who fail to show up without prior cancellation or rescheduling.
Child Policy:
Minimum age: 16 years to ride.
Children under 16 can ride as passengers with adults.
Parental consent required for minors.
