Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellation: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity time may not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling Option: One-time free rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours before the activity, subject to availability.
Weather & Unforeseen Events: In case of bad weather or unexpected circumstances, the provider may offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Group & Private Bookings: Custom and group bookings require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellation to be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for guests who fail to attend without prior notice.
Child Policy
Children under 3 years: Free of charge.
Children aged 3–12 years: Discounted ticket rates apply.
