Day 1: Arrive in Kohima & Kisama Village Heritage Walk |
Arrive in Kohima, the capital of Nagaland.
Check-in at a budget hostel/homestay.
Visit Kisama Heritage Village, where the famous Hornbill Festival takes place.
Naga cuisine (smoked pork, bamboo shoot curry, sticky rice).
Rest early for the trek next day.
Day 2: Kohima to Dzukou Valley (Trek Begins!) |
06:00 AM: Cab from Kohima to Viswema.
07:30 AM: Start trekking from Viswema entry point.
The first 1-hour section is steep uphill (challenging but rewarding!).
After the climb, the trail flattens, revealing stunning grasslands & river streams.
01:00 PM: Reach Dzukou Base Camp Hut.
Spend the evening exploring the valley, watching the golden sunset.
Overnight stay at the basecamp (basic dorm, food available).
Day 3: Sunrise View & Return to Kohima |
05:00 AM: Hike up to the best viewpoint for sunrise.
Watch the valley glow with morning mist & sunlight.
Breakfast at the basecamp and start the descent.
12:00 PM: Trek back to Viswema.
Cab back to Kohima.
Stay in Kohima for another night or depart (Optional).

Failure to make payment on time may result in booking cancellation.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking, a 100% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the departure date.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, online payment gateways, etc.

If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, your booking may be canceled, and any deposit paid may be forfeited.

In case of a booking made well in advance, installment payments may be arranged. Please contact us for detailed payment plans.

The initial deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
